1. TERM
The Promotion is effective from April 2, 2012 through May
25, 2012. Product requests must be placed by May 25, 2012 to participate.
Full risk-free decision-making period covers a 30-day window (“Trial Period”)
which includes Product shipment times. Upon the 31st day, Customer will own the
Product outright, no exceptions. Should Customer opt to return Product, Customer
must contact SnapServerOnline before the end of Trial Period. Customer
will be responsible for any associated return shipping fees.
2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
The Product eligible in the Promotion is the SnapServer
DX2, configured with a single chassis and a four (4) pack of Enterprise SATA
drives. Specifically the following part numbers:

The Customer must
