All of the above only applies to shipping within the USA. Please contact an
account representative for all international shipments. -
In accordance with UPS and FedEx policy, the day an order ships does not count
as a day in transit.
Return Policy:
All products sold by SnapServer online are
covered under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Please
contact the warranty service provider listed in your product documentation for
defective products and missing parts. Please
contact our customer service department or your sales representative for
details.

Non-defective
software may not be returned under any circumstances.

Please keep in mind
that snapserver online is not able to guarantee that any particular item will be
compatible with other products not purchased from snapserver online. If you have
questions or concerns regarding compatibility issues, please contact the
manufacturer prior to purchase. Non-compatibility does not qualify a product
as being defective.

For all returns,
the customer prepays shipping. snapserver online does not offer reimbursement.

UPS Ground and
other surface shipments are not guaranteed to arrive within a certain
timeframe. These shipments on average take 2-7 days for delivery from the date
the order is processed.

Shipping delays
caused by acts of nature cannot be contested. There can be no freight credit
issued in these circumstances.

Unfortunately
snapserver online is not able to offer price protection on products that have
already shipped.

If the merchandise
appears to be damaged in shipping, it is best to refuse a shipment back to the
carrier. If you accept delivery, you must have the carrier make a note of the
damage in the delivery record. Please notify snapserver online immediately of
the problem in order to arrange for an inspection and, if necessary, pick up
of the damaged item.

All delivery
refusals must be reported to snapserver online. Unauthorized refusals are
subject to a 15% return processing fee (depending on the item) and no
credit for the freight charges.
